Is this beginner friendly?
Yes. Every class is coach-led and scalable. We’ll help you modify movements, understand the flow, and feel confident getting started.
What should I expect in my first class?
You’ll check in, meet the coach, get a tour of the space, go through a warm-up, and then move through a fully coached workout with guidance along the way.
When should I arrive?
If it’s your first class, please arrive 10 minutes early so our team can properly welcome you and get you set up.
How do I book classes?
Members book through the Hodges Fit app. If you’re trying your first class, submit the form and our team will help you reserve your spot.
What is the cancellation policy?
Please cancel at least 6 hours before class. Late cancel fee is $10. No-show fee is $15.
