Frequently asked questions

At Hodges Fitness, we offer flexible membership options ranging from $100 to $229 per month, depending on how often you’d like to train and the level of support you’re looking for.

Because everyone’s goals and schedules are different, we take the time to help you find the option that fits you best. Whether your focus is building strength, staying consistent, or pushing your performance to the next level, we’ll create a plan tailored to your goals and how many workouts per week make sense for you.

Please email contact@hodgesfit.com the studio where you signed up for your membership with any billing questions or to change your billing information.

If you’d like to reach the coaches directly, email contact@hodgesfit.com for a quick response. Otherwise, send us a message on our Facebook page to contact our support team.

To cancel, you must provide at least 30 days’ written notice before your next billing date and schedule an exit meeting to finalize the process. Partial months are not prorated, and the final payment will always be due on the next scheduled billing date after notice is submitted.

If you cancel before your commitment period ends, you must fulfill 50% of the remaining balance unless you provide documented proof of extenuating circumstances (e.g., medical certification, job relocation, or lease agreement).

Yes. All memberships auto-renew for the same term unless you provide written notice at least 30 days before the end of your term.

Yes. Term memberships can be frozen for up to 1 month per 6-month period, with a $50 freeze fee. You must submit a written request at least 10 days before the freeze starts.

All dues are collected via auto-debit (EFT from a checking account, debit card, or credit card). A $5 processing fee applies to credit card payments.

A $15 late fee will be charged for declined or late payments.

There are no refunds for membership fees, except for paid-in-full memberships under certain conditions. Cancellations will not be refunded.

Yes. All members are required to reserve classes in advance. Cancellations must be made at least 6 hours before class starts.

Late cancellations: $10 fee

No-shows: $15 fee.

Hodges Fitness operates by class schedule or appointment only. We do not offer an “open gym” model. Class schedules are available at www.hodgesfit.com.

Family memberships are available for spouses and children living in the same household. Guests under 18 must be supervised by a parent or legal guardian.

If the facility is unavailable for more than 3 consecutive days, your membership may be extended by that time. If it’s closed for over 15 days, you may elect to cancel on your billing date.

Yes. As part of your membership agreement, you grant Hodges Fitness permission to use photos, videos, or other media captured in the studio for promotional and marketing purposes.

We respect your privacy — if you prefer not to be featured, simply let our front desk team know, and we’ll make sure you’re not included in any media.
