Why hiit?

High intensity interval training (HIIT) creates EPOC, otherwise known as “Post exercise oxygen consumption effect” This means that even after your 1 hour training session:

  • You continue to ramp up fat burning the rest of the day (supported by scientific evidence)

  • Much more time efficient than steady state cardio exercise

  • You get the same fat loss, with nearly half the time

  • Mentally, people believe in their efforts more and feel like their going harder

  • Tends to be a lot more exciting because it’s one exercise, to the next! You quite literally don’t have time to think about how tired or sore you are getting.
